Eight Top european teams fighting for a $5000 total cash prize. Anything else to say?
Next month, precisely in 7-8 of November, DotaClub is lauching their first of many events for the future. Altough they are new in this matter, the tournament promises a lot of action and good replays featuring the best teams in Europe. They are:
Xeo.int
Unique E-Sports MYM Fnatic.MSI
AEON.ru
DMZ
DTS.Chatrix EnRo-GriffinsWe talked to NS, the head-administrator of the tournament and got a statement from him:
- "I am glad to announce this BIG thing for all DotA community. I am looking forward for really good games and I hope u will enjoy our work and come for next event also. Stay turned for more information like brackets and additional prizes, it will be up soon on our site."
Talking about money, the winner takes home $3.000 while the second and third takes $1.500 and $500 respectively. Gosubets will be set as soon as we have more information about the schedule and, of course, replays uploaded at light speed when released

| all these players that think they can rate teams over others just by taking one or two recent games in mind... |
| #69 Completely agree, it's all about tactics, playstyle and individual skill. Some teams work against some teams/tactics and fail versus others, doesnt necessarily have to show who is better or worse. |

| Talking about money, 3k is for the whole team that wins? if dota teams don't get a salary, it seems that the wc3 scene is better than dota scene financially speaking. Of course, players don't play just for the money, but does someone know the answer for my question?? |
| #74 Did you just say the warcraft scene is better than the dota scene in terms of money? Man, I hate to disillusion you, but the fact is that Dota players live in palaces and go to LANs in golden carriages. When they can be spared from cruising in their yachts, that is. |

| #75 ^^ so.. i guess your opinion is that wc3 is indeed better then dota scene when it comes to money, since the prize pool is divided between the team members.. looking forward for dota on more great events like wcg with better prize pools ^^... although i prefer playing wc3, the strategies nowadays are kinda fixed depending on the opponent race and on the map... competitive dota replays seems more entertaining (and less predictable) than competitive wc3 replays |
