ok i'll start to explain this in a short way..
Philippines is divide into 3 main island, first Luzon where the Capital of Philippines is there. Then 2nd island main island is Visayas where the most ethnic people live there and they are totally different from the people who lives in Central Luzon, most of them are average people and poor. There are many kids who live there
thats is like uneducated or in any words they need special attention. 3rd main island is Mindanao where most of people out there is muslim and there still many ethnic tribes who live there, and wait there are too many terrorist out there cuz they are close to Indonesia where terrorist lurks most. My point is i want you to know the level of understanding or intelligent in other ways is different in every island, most of ppl in 2nd and 3rd island are idiot and needs attention thats way they do make nonsense post/threads here....there's more to explain
