lol, now i see this nine months later...
13222 ulti is basically the standard skill build, the point is u need 3 or at least 2 levels of Electric Vortex to make it effective. I pefer 13122 ulti , since i feel that 2 levels r enough, and 2 level of Static Remnant makes more damage. silvercross's build means to put more pressure to hero on lane, this build can't gank anyone before at least another level of Electric Vortex. Not recomended.
