As far as I know, there's no restriction on where teams come from. the only thing which could hinder you would be the time though. if that doesn't bother you too much, you are more than welcome to participate.

nah, we don't; however we have scrimmed against a lot of the teams who have signed up, so we have a good idea of each team's skill :)

Both me and Kepsuk are scrimming against hs teams, so from our personal experience, aswell as teams performance in other tournaments(e.g. GoldenSpoon and FM), by that we judge who we believe would make the best qualifier :)
