IDEC got hacked by mighty Romanians. This is MY point of view, and therefore a blog =). As you can read here, some Romanian guys hacked the IDEC page with the aim to crush the league. Nevertheless I was told, that the IRC bot is still up, and the website had not much use at all. Before IDEC got hacked I was directed to a thread in the garena forum where a guy (named URL) appealed his GarenaBan. He got his platinum rights revoked by ngear, because (as he said) he did not vouch ngear on RCPL (Romanian Inhouse League). "WE DO NOT BOW IN FRONT OF NOBODY - This is just the beginning" is written on the hacked IDEC page. For me it sounds like bare terrorism. Maybe the Romanians are right, maybe ngear is an awful person. I cannot tell it, since I only spoke with him twice to get Platinum rights, and since it was a business talk, he behaved correctly. But many people I spoke with in the last days, were on the Romanian's side. So whoever is right -> This is not a solution. I always hate to fight fire with fire, this will only form two fractions to fight against each other and overall the DotACommunity is the one to suffer. IDEC always provided good replays, and players always check the comments on GosuGamers, to see what you common people think of them. So everyone profit out of it. It should not be closed! But on the other hand, abuse sucks. Abuse always leads to unfair treated people who enrage and do stupid things. ...or me playing showmatches. This blogentry is another flashback to the showmatch (happening yesterday).I will take some of the comments people wrote under the replay, and say something about that. I first had another title in mind: "What a MiSeRy" but then some guy posted, that I walked around the map "without destination" and that fits very well I think. I want to start this with a little expression of my feelings regarding yesterday: In the first game I just looked forward to play with the pros. I think most of you wish to play with them as well sometimes. And in the first showmatch I was really excited. But now I got to know some of the guys I played with at GamesCom and what shall I say: They are even bigger nerds than I am, and since I am far better with my RL-Skillz, I was better prepared second game. Of course Zeyall is the biggest nerd ever seen, and although he never say a word I'm sure he plays half of the characters in nSidia's Raidgroup (WoW-Nerd-Punchline here!). And all the Danish people: Well none likes them. Since they have no Ballermann and no Ibiza-Partys nobody even wants to visit them in their country. So (of course) I fed on purpose to lighten up their life. Okay now for real: Although DeMoN tried really hard to be quite entertaining on vent, there wasn't much going on :( I really aimed for ventrilopartypeople but ... With picks and bans I didn't had that much help, and since I am not a good picker I kinda got outpicked :(. I always asked my guys what to ban/pick NS said something that should be English but was more Semi-Russian -> No advice from him during pickings. KuroKy said not much either, I think he sometimes commented my suggestions for picks/bans with "OMG" and he suggested something like "Razor!Razor! OMG ERES PICK RAZOR!!!111111oneoneeleven!!!" DeMeNt sometimes had nice advices and DeMoN was more talking to his friend at whom he was in LAN, than with me :( There I stood, no clue of anything, happy to win some division5 games, and had to pick against Zeyall of whom I was sure his players supported him :) Enough of the excuses: Let the comments talk. Comments! by Defik I've seen hundres of replays and this one is one of the most funny and entertaining. English shoutcast was epic. Keep it up boyz! Nice to hear that. Update:GamesCom '09 DotA-Tournament is over, Winner? Fnatic! They won the finals 2:0 over Ravens.Now there will be played a showmatch between MCity and Fnatic, because the never faced each other in the tournament. Expect some funpicks and maybe a garena Stream. We made lots of pictures which will be uploaded soon. Remember to check the Photogallery from time to time: Photogallery: GamesCom '09I could not see most of the games yesterday, because I had an exam in the morning, and the earliest I could get off (nearly 4 hours traintrip) earliest 14:00. So the only game left was Razer.CGC vs MCity, and it was a nice game. Zeyall and me took some pictures, but we had no chance to talk to the players. Today I will sacrifice all my sparetime to update this blog, so instead of little news after each match, it will be this blogentry. Refresh it from time to time and you shall be rewarded. If it is really nice pictures, maybe a Videointerview today and/or tomorrow or some other stuff. Stay tuned, and post in the comments what you want me to write about. Right now the players haven't even arrived, because it was so damn crowded at the fair entrance, that only the press could get in quick enough. My plan for Sunday -> Come to GamesCom early, avoid all queues and be the first to play Diablo III *hrhrhrhr* 10:30: We just got to know, that the first match will be Razer.CGC versus DiamondZ, and I GUESS that the next match then will be UCP.MP3 versus dmZ. But nevertheless most of the players will be here today. 10:50 Okay schedules are up, and it is really Ravens vs fnatic. They just arrived. We ran around made some pictures already. The schedule is as following: # 11:30 Ravens vs Fnatic # 13:30 Xeo.Divine vs Ravens # 15:30 Xeo.Divine vs Fnatic # 17:30 dmZ vs Razer # 19:00 dmZ vs UCP First two pictures are Kebap with his Strategybook of Secrets (Necronomicon lvl 3)  And second is 4 Ravens setting up PCs  And here we got the man of the tournament: Marcou  13:30: fnatic just lost to Ravens. I won my bet, next game is about to start, but I need some food n stuff. Best moment so far, was this swedish/asian girl who wanted and autograph from Maelk first, and Angel afterwards. A moment before that happened I had a conversation with Zeyall, and he said that both teams (ravens and fnatic) have their Sunnyboys/Womanizer. Angel and Loda. I told him that the real womanizer is Maelk and he made fun of me. Yes Maelk for worlddomination! Btw: We get vegetables here for free, really nice booth and a great idea! 15:00: Ravens won their second match, and they showed a really good performance in both games. And I made a videointerview with Razer.CGC/ks^int which will be uploaded soon (if the sound is loud enough ;( we had to stay far away :(( ) Okay the video interview will not be uploaded, but we will do another one today or tomorrow. =) Stay tuned 18:20: We just finished the editing of the video-interview with Ravens!Maelk and Ravens!Angel and it will only take 3 hours until it is uploaded .... YAY! So at ~ 21:30 you are able to watch it. We didn't do much fotos in the last hours, but what we did was uploaded to the gallery. I'm really tired right now :( But there is still one game left to be played, and it will be ks^int versus dmZ 22nd August. 9.50: We just arrived here after we had a nice after-fair-party. We first went with the ESL guys - they organized a meet and greet with free beer - and talked a lot with all the dmZ guys. dmZ are really cool guys (ask Equinox for his dancing skills), BUT after this a very few of us (of course Zeyall and me) went to a blizzard invite party with free alcohol, and a lot of important Guys being there, I talked to James the shoutcast-god =) and he is really awesome. But the most important thing was, that we were given mousepads and t-shirts from Blizzard with Starcraft 2 Themes, which we will give out to all three sections! No we are looking foreward to two great games and an even better final! Go Guys! 10:20: I was just told, that the Camera is busy today, we borrow it from Rakaka a swedish Page, but they need it the whole day for CS 1.6 Playoffs. I will try to steal it :p No I will try to get it for a few minutes at around noon, and try to catch up with mcity if they are still at the fair then. 12:03: No WTV Stream :( What the fuck? But yeah WTV is down, and they will not change to ggtv or something else, so well you guys only have the chance to get the replays, but do not watch it life. Let us hope WTV will be up soon again. I made some fotos, and in the midst of the game MCity just changed their keyboards. They paused for ~5 minutes to change them :). But Ravens brought it home savely. 13:28: I think fnatic will win this, stream is finally up again thanks to GGTV. Ah right now FNatic won the match while I type this. So finals will be Fnatic vs Ravens once again (we remember Dreamhack). I think it will be a pretty entertaining match, and I am looking foreward to see it. Right now I will go and take some more pictures. Sadly there won't be any more video interviews, becuase if Cs1.6 but we will do many at Dreamhack Winter! 15:31: There will be some Surprises soon for the community :) But I will not announce it now. If you still want to watch the game, do not read any further!This post is an answer to Zeyall's Blogentry, and will let you have a look at my point of view for this match. First of all: Thank you all. This was planned to entertain the Community, to thank you with a great match for supporting us, with pageviews, forum threads and/or submitted Replays/Gosubets. I hope you enjoyed it, and besides all those who flamed me (yep you were right, but I think it was still or even because of this, still entertaining), we got really positive feedback. About th game: I couldn't play with Kog as planned (Kog if you read this: Stop dogdeing me!!!), but with the addition of Kebap I could strengthen my player line up once again. Since we were three Germans on Ventrilo they explained me a lot in German, PusHer tried his German as well, but the most important things were held in English. KuroKy is a very kind person, he did surprise me, I don't know what I thought before, maybe he is more the diva-type (like Loda), but he (In general everybody) stayed cool, relaxed. And besides Kebap noone flamed me for my awesome performance. Well we got kinda outpicked. Kuro helped me a lot with the picks, but I think Scourge were just better :/. Zeyall played a nice Sandking, and based on our individual performances this match he definitely deserves the win! I for myself had a lot of fun. Kebap definitely is strange, but you have to love him. He is just AWESOME! Ly0n and PusHer were awesome as well, and in the next showmatch I will pick only non-Germans so we can talk good English on Vent. Other Showmatches to come: Since we think, you had a lot of fun, and the great success (regocnized in comments, views, queries on IRC), we will continue this. First of all it will become a little series between Zeyall and me, but maybe later we will add other Crew members. So I came up with an Idea about how we should pick the next players. So here are my thoughts: Each of us will keep one player of the last Lineup. Which one? This will be decided by you, the visitors. All other players (the remaining 6) will be banned from being picked for one/two games. For the player of us two, who had picked a player before this player is banned two matches, for the other one, just one match. All other three players will be picked by us. So an example: Zeyall had azen this game. And you decide that MiSery should play the next match for Zeyall again. So azen will be locked from being picked for two matches for Zeyall. But I am allowed to pick azen after one match is finished. Please write some feedback. Changes/Improvements/Critics! I'm open for any suggestions! I'm out, see you all around guys!
