Yeah Azen wasn't so bad against MYM, but his luna was not a milestone tbh. Free farming is not considered delivering great play. Ok, what could he do more ? In team fights he stands ground, beside a golem and 4 scourge heros, getting a double kill and dieing two times. No profit...
I dont think he couldve won it and it for sure was very hard even with BKB, due to WL ulti. But his positioning was rather careless, like you would play a pub with Butter, satanic, buriza, lifeleech luna, tearing apart anything!
Oh and what bothers me more is that Kebab can play only 3 heros and Miracle must do crazy stuff with his VS to distract enemies. Makes him look bad, what a shame. He is by far the most reliable player in the roster -.-

Regarding your question, not only has kuroky admitted numerous times both in video interviews, his blog, posts etc, but Puppey as well on both Mymym and even on gosu has clearly set things straight. If need be ill link his comments to you. Demon during Smm while with pokeridols constantly mentioned being in awe of the powerhouses he was facing, even going as far as (jokingly) asking Aeon.sg to go easy on them. Merlini is as good as he is for a reason, and he's mentioned in the past his heritage as a reason for his solid play. I have not seen or heard anything regarding Fear's input, yet i highly doubt he doesnt share his other teammates and friends beliefs.
