  • "This Puppey"
    Created 28th March 2011 18:26 (Updated: 21st May 2011 22:07)

    About stuff like this:

which is directed towards the Game #4 in ICS Final, replay found here:
    http://www.gosugamers.net/dota/replays/45145

I don't get the idea of starting threads and starting to spam "Puppey can't pick".

Personally, I wouldn't have preferred that pick for a team I play with, I don't really think Medusa fit these days.
With that being said, perhaps Puppey thought elsewhat, perhaps they've scrimmed this pick or a similiar one, and maybe it worked out well. What do we guys know?
Or maybe he wanted Spectre, but since it got banned he couldn't think of a better "turtle" hero in the heat of the moment.

Personally, I like to believe that Puppey is an experienced drafter judging from what he've achieved and the kind of wins he's been pulling off with his teams.

Other than that, DotA is a really energy consuming game, and GGnet played pretty much already this day, and after pretty even games vs MYM, both ending in losses, it's very understandable that your mind isn't really on top level anymore, you might find it hard to concentrate or to think objective.

Now, I don't know if Puppey is pleased with the heroes now after the game or not but I don't get at all why people would start saying "omg Puppey sucks so much" or "poor Azen ad Kky having to deal with this captain". I am sure the entire team can state their opinions during the picks, if they wish, especially Kuroky since what I've gathered he's involved in strategy department a whole lot.
People are so quick to open the flametank without imagining themselves in that position.

And not to mention that MYM was in really great shape this day, really focused and motivated. Peformed at top level.
