Use Method 2.
Go to your LoL folder.
I assume it at C partition.
Riot Games > League of Legend > html > js >main.
Copy the "main" file elsewhere as a backup.
Then edit the "main" file. See Method 2.
After that save the file and run LoL client.
This method always work for me unlike the other methods.

Just don't play during lunch time.
