and yet again another blog about the problems with my kinsmen . .Ssshh . . Ive noticed the past few weeks our reputation as Filipinos (Not that we have one XD) here on GG.net has been severely damaged. People have been complaining about us ever since and i had no problems about it, but, just recently when the "Philippino-worth topic" comment started sprouting out on threads we usually post ( or when someone else posts useless threads regardless of race), I realized that something has to be done. To all of you this has nothing to do with gaming, but is merely for the preservation of our name. what has to be done you might ask? !. "Think Before you post!" . . . we tend to post threads about topics that are usually "no-brainers" that require absolutely no discussion at all. Just recently i read a thread about this guy asking where to find an application to use for auto-casts, when he found that said application he once again posted another thread asking around how to use it. For crying out loud, if you could just read or research about it first you would then realize that your useless questions are very easy to answer. Think about the necessity of your threads. People go to forums to look for hearty discussions and some look for forums they could criticize or troll. There is no audience for stupidity. 2. "Watch your grammar!" . . . This community uses English. We are dealing with people not only from our side of Asia, but as well as, people from Europe and America .If you don't want to be a laughing stock of the people here. Learn the language well. 3. and lastly "Be smart!" . . . Even if my previous statements already include this concept, it is still a priority. Everything we say and type passes through our brain before it comes out, and Ive got two words for you . .USE IT!!! . . If anybody finds what Im talking about to be insulting then Im sorry. But you to need to accept the fact that it is because of our ignorance that people are starting to hate us. So before expecting any change in the acceptance of other people, change must begin within ourselves. . (ppfftt . .and to think that I'm not even a Filipino citizen, but at least I care) SHOUTOUT TO ZEYALL AND THE REST OF THE GG CREW: I WANT TO BE A MODERATOR!!! XD

hi guys and fellow dota players . . im not a constant blogger but this time around i really feel the need to express my concern for the "plateau of development" going on with dota . . Like everybody else, im an avid fan of pro-gamers and is proud to say that i play quite well as well. Dota has become somewhat like a sport for me. Ive been playin dota for about 3 years now and it just been last year that i found an interest in watching replays and following the "pros". One of the pros ive been constantly followin is "Kuroky" back in the days where he was still a part of Ks.Int together with "Ks^Puppey.ee , Ks.jolie.ru, Ks^Miracle.se, Ks^Levent " (god i miss those names XD). But recently, this news about Kuroky comes up about him playin sc2 and actually considering a change of games. Im not a fanboy or anythin, but i cant help but be saddened by the fact that one of the great players ive been watching on replays for so long is now going downhill because of lack of motivation for the game. Im expressing my concern for this matter because i dont want it to reach to a point where the only news ill be reading on gosugamers (dota section) would be just like the news you get on the warcraft3 page about players losing motivation for the game and retiring, and major events dropping dota from their list of games. i dont even play wc3 but this kind of news is saddening even if i dont know these guys. Even if something like this is inevitable or not, i still have high hopes that somehow dota could raise to the ranks of constant games found in major events. As fans and players, what should we do?

and so i was like playin on garena las nyt here in the philippines and once again i got a taste of the typical garena attitude . . so here was the scenario: game started 5v5 after a couple of seconds, roughly a good start so far . .after a few minutes the host gets first blood, and the guy who got killed suddenly floods the chatlog accusing the host of "map-hacking" (he got killed in the same lane, get it?) . .a few seconds later, my other teamate starts flooding the chatlog about how stupid his lanemate was (constantly flooding "ang bobo" which means how stupid in english) . .we successfully feed on one of the opponents through ganks and all of the sudden without warning he quits . .few floods occur on both sides, and then we agree for a switch (one guy dropped out earlier) . .after going 6/8 on the switch and then 7/8 . .all of sudden somebody goes -no (for no apparent reason . . wew this is one of the constant scenarios in the garena here in the philippines . .is it just me?or is almost everybody doin garena here bein rude . .damn it . .

v.64 in the SMM showed us replays where farmin was the way to go . . but with the new versions is that kind of gameplay really over? . .im actually referrin to the gameplay Nirvana.int is goin for . .remember when they were still unsponsored and when tryin to get sponsored? they sticked to the farm gameplay and won . .after gettin sponsored they more or less shifted to a more exciting way of gameplay . .but my question is, is this really the case or is is this just for show? . .when the stakes are high will they still be playin the same way or they gonna go back to the "stay in the lane before i get my guinsoos and win in one push" strat . .what do you guys think?
