Article 17 of GEST Rulebook:
Backdooring the two outer towers of each lane is allowed. Backdooring inner towers (in base)
and barracks are not allowed. Backdooring any inbase buildings is forbidden until creeps
have reached the ramp of the opponent base. Once creeps have reached the ramp, your
team is free to attack any tower inbase. However a player can’t use any form of teleport to
enter an enemy base unless his creeps are already present in it.
