The well known Czech Republic programmer Ashur, who has helped programmers doing different kinds of anti hacks and such some days ago managed to crack his way trough the PGTour anti hack launcher. The PGTour programmer Gybs were immediately alerted and started working on an update.
Ashur, who is a very talented programmer and has made a huge amount of different third party programs for Starcraft, and 
Pat, creator and head administrator on PGTour, recently got in touch with me and told that Ashur after just a few minutes managed to find a way to crack the Bnet-X launcher, and that the launcher was beeing updated as soon as possible. The new launcher verision is now released, so it's time to publish this news post.Other people might have done it before
People have been trying to hack on the PGTour server for a long time, and apparently, with the right knowledge it has been possible. Although, it takes some skill in programming to manage to do it. "The idea came to me yesterday, imagining how long the PGTour launcher had been any without updates", Ashur explains. When he tried it it took about ten minutes to actually make it work, and it was a quite easy thing. He says that someone might have tried the same thing before. To show it had actually been done he showed me on PGTour, and also provided me with a screenshot from another game.

Can be 99,9% sure
The moethod for the whole thing will of course not be released to the public for quite obvious reasons. When asked about if we some day can look forward to a 100% hack free server Ashur says "It can not be 100% fixed, the only thing one can do is to make the launcher harder to crack. You can be 99,9% sure that PGT will be maphack free.". It sounds very good to hear that a guy with very good knowledge in the subject says so. And with his and other programmers help we will be able to play in a hack free (yes, I count 99,9% as hack free) environment.
Pat also says that the launcher will have additional updates if hey find out about any more things like that. Everything to keep out the hacks!
