Blogs \ English training vods?

Hi

For Russian speaking community there is rather good site with study vods and lessons - http://www.sc2tv.ru/index.php

it is actually big portal with own SC server, wiki tv channel etc. but i like their vods for beginners.

Question:

Are there similar English language portals with rather useful english video lessons?
