Kuroky: I always thought asian DotA is better than european dota, but I never knew that asian dota is SO MUCH better.

Yamateh: I feel that Kuroky's ability is much stronger than Maelk's!
Asia teams will win.

hyhy:Asian teams can play farming (turtling as they call it), ganking or pushing strats and from what I've seen from Euro-replays by far the teams mostly stick to one type of drafting and play. the very predictable and single styled play style of Euros will probably get countered when they play the top Asian teams, going by my theory of DotA that is.
My favourite food is Maelk.

The manners are low from several europe teams. fans there are twofaced and backstabbing. There is no such thing as honour in europe.

EHOME.71: Ks has defeated SK with 300 ping of lag. SK even doubted if the boys from Ks were lying about their actual ping. However, after close examinations of the server, SK should be in a meeting with a bunch of angry organisers.
During ESWC San Jose, both finalist teams were Asian teams. However, they received numerous insults and comments regarding their performance from western viewers. After that, everybody in Europe began to say that the best DotA teams are not in Asia. I personally think that their view is absurd and illogical.

The real truth is the following.
Eventhough its true, europeans usually have bad manners, they play this game for fun mostly.
Most of the top asian gamers (not necessarily dota players) do it for the money and are basically addicted. No life outside their room, no girlfriends or just really ugly ones lol.
I admire the asians for their commitment for a certain thing,like gaming in this case, but they play way to much, and most of them end up socialy challenged.
Its pretty obvious why Asians > Europeans when it comes to gaming but hey, they have a lot of advantages us europeans dont have.
They get after 1-2 games, more money than i make in two months of hard daily work. In europe if a gamer gets 1k/month from dota, he must be the luckiest gamer alive.
What player wouldnt struggle to be the best when he knows he would get a nice sponsor, decent money,lots of gaming gear and why not, a TV interview? In europe we barely have 2-3 organisations that actually bring funds on the table and not just a pair of pants + t-shirts with the team logo and some cool corporation logo (like intel,amd,steelseries,razer) as if they gave anything to the team.With proper motivation, anyone can be at the top of the "food chain" in gaming, and thats a fact.
If you take for example an asian and an european and you get them the same motivation to play, same practice hours and stuff, when they get pro at the game the question wouldnt be "who is the best?", it would be "who's gonna win today?".

so there are no rules in european dota? HAHAHA go check to mymgn and see Dota prides ban requests for flaming. good manners is the same everywhere, and every1 play game for fun especially asians who pick fun nonrepetitive heroes unlike euronoobs who pick same 15 heroes everygame.

the most stupid remark i've ever saw. we discussing dota, and your what? talking about starcraft and war3. where THERE ARE PEOPLE CALLED TOD AND GRUBBY WHO ARE AS GOOD AS MOON LYN. in dota, the top asian pros are getting paid for an amount = 10 hamburgers max a month. if you wanna call that "something".

europeans don't deserve sponsors who actually pay because of their lowskills. look at grubby and ToD, they get paid cause of actually having high skills and not lowskills compared to babyknight and misery.

truly blind aren't you? are you telling me that maelk playing 10 hours a day back in ihcs along with lightofheaven and loda for the 6.43b-6.48b maps for 1 year and still not getting as good as ehome.X!! whos playing it in only from 6.59d is funny. how come there are over 50 teams in asia who are definitely better than european's top teams? and most are not getting paid?

Another EU cheerleader, another comedian, another citizen of wonderland and another typical example of how to trip, fall and hit your head during your attempt to belittle others while thinking your audience is laughing with you.

If you knew anything about the Asian gaming scene, you would know that the pro-gamers in Asia get the best of both worlds: money, girls and fun.

Gaming and E-Sports as an addition to entertainment culture is becoming universally accepted throughout the world, even if it is taking a lot longer for it to happen in EU than Asia and a moron like you who hasn't realized that rambling on like you know what you're talking about is proof of that.

If you took a walk outside the cave labeled wonderland you call home, the same cave you're making fun of Asians for living in and get some sunlight every once in awhile, you'd know that because we're already waiting behind the finish line.
