The second installment of the popular HitBox.TV Bounty Hunter Series came to a conclusive end yesterday, with Cloud 9 defeating Team Liquid and thus remaining undefeated in the tournament.
The two teams faced each other in a best-of-five showmatch for the second installment in the Bounty Hunter series, which saw Cloud 9 maintaining their undefeated run into the tournament. Jacky 'EternalEnvy' Mao and co. took a comfortable victory against Team Liquid and will walk away $1,000 richer.
Cloud 9 are now 3:2 to Team Liquid in their previous five encounters, with the former taking lead by winning the Bounty Hunter series. Cloud 9 completely outmaneuvered Team Liquid in this encounter with a clean score of 3:0, giving the latter no chance of coming back in the games.
Previously, C9 beat Fnatic to win the first installment of this series and ended up walking away with another $1,000.
