100 Thieves will not play in ELEAGUE Major: Boston 2018

The team's first LAN is cut off early thanks to "immigration issues," according to 100 Thieves' Twitter.

ELEAGUE Major: Boston 2018 has just had their second big issue as the first day of the matches was being played: 100 Thieves revealed that due to immigration issues, they wont be able to play at the event.

No specific information about those issuses was released at the time of publication.

According to ELEAGUE, the replacement will be a team from The New Challengers Stage. In order to determine the replacement for 100 Thieves, the teams that finish with a 2:3 win/loss score will play against each other for their last chance to qualify. Due to 100 Thieves dropping from the tournament, over half of the Challengers will move on to the next stage.

This was going to be 100 Thieves first official tournament in CS:GO. The lineup includes ex-Immortals LUCAS1, HEN1, fnx, kNgV- and rounded out by a veteran Brazilian player known as Bit.
