Misfits release peacemaker

Misfits and Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu have parted ways, Brazilian coach now able to become permanent at TyLoo.

Luis "peacemaker" Tadeu's time in Misfits came to an end as the organisation decided to part ways with the Brazilian coach. The 29 year-old coach was one of the most demanded in the scene last year after United States Team Liquid's emotional grand finals appearance at ESL One: Cologne 2016. However, peacemaker found little joy afterwards and failed to impress in United States NRG Esports and United States OpTic Gaming.

His spell with Misfits was no different, with their semi-final run at DreamHack Open: Tours 2017 standing as the only achievement during that period. After disappointing results and internal issues, peacemaker took on the task of coaching TyLoo for international events a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, he won't be able to communicate with his team at the main major qualifiers, as peacemaker coached Misfits on their qualification campaign. According to HLTV, the same was going to apply at ESL One: Cologne 2017 due to his contract with Misfits.

As the tweet above indicates, peacemaker now has no ties with Misfits and will stand behind his team, at least in Cologne. The Brazilian coach will have the best players China could provide and a rising star, Hansel "BnTeT" Ferdinand, in his disposal in TyLoo, which one may consider his last chance to prove he's still one of the best in the business.
