DreamHack ASTRO Open: Tours 2017 - Na'Vi and Heroic confirmed

Natus Vincere and Heroic receive direct invites to this year's DreamHack ASTRO Open: Tours 2017.

The third DreamHack ASTRO Open tournament in 2017 will be held in Tours between May 6th - May 8th. Six invited and two qualified teams will be competing to become the next DreamHack ASTRO Open champions. The first two invites were revealed earlier this week, with France  Team EnVyUs and France  G2 Esports confirmed as participants.

It has been revealed that CIS  Natus Vincere and Denmark  Heroic will join the Frenchmen in Tours, France. This means there are just two invited teams left to be revealed. European and North American teams will have a last chance to qualify for DreamHack ASTRO Open: Tours 2017, as each region will give offer one spot each through online qualifiers.

As of now, the four invited teams for DreamHack ASTRO Open: Tours 2017 are:

France G2 EsportsFrance Team EnVyUs
CIS Natus VincereDenmark Heroic

???????Both Na'Vi and Heroic have events to attend prior to Tours. Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev and co. will be present at StarLadder i-League Season 3 Finals on April 4th-9th. On the other hand, Heroic will have much less time to prepare as the Danes will compete at the DreamHack ASTRO Open: Austin 2017 only a week prior to Tours, on April 28th-30th.

As G2, EnVyUs, Heroic and Na'Vi received invites, the 2017 iteration of DreamHack Tours looks to be quite stacked. Last year DreamHack Tours was host to the European Minor Championship for the ELEAGUE Major, where HellRaisers and the Danish iteration of Team Dignitas were able to qualify for the main major qualifiers.
