Splyce sign fifth to finalise starting roster

Splyce secure the services of Daniel "roca" Gustaferri to consolidate their line-up.

Following the departure of Joey "CRUC1AL" Steusel in early March, Splyce's core CS:GO roster was down to four individuals. It was announced earlier that Daniel "roca" Gustaferri would be joining the roster to finalise the line-up for the team. This isn't the first time roca is performing in the yellow colours, as the 21 year old American has played alongside Splyce in the past at events such as the ECS Season 3 Developmental League and the Americas regional closed qualifier for the StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 3 LAN finals.

During his eleven month stint on Echo Fox, Gustaferri was able to achieve a mixed bag of results. Peak results included first place finishes at ESEA NA Premier Season 22, EPL Season 4 NA Wild Card, ELEAGUE Season 2 NA Preliminaries and the closed qualifier for the Americas Minor Championship 2017. Whilst the aforementioned is quite impressive, overall the team saw a skew towards lower placements at various tournaments, both international and local.

Splyce is now composed of the following five members:

Canada Kory "semphis" Friesen
United States Arya "arya" Hekmat
United States Taylor "Drone" Johnson
United States Ronnie "ryx" Bylicki
United States Daniel "roca" Gustaferri
