ECS Season 3 - Development League qualifiers concluded

The second qualifiers for ECS Season 3 Development League have been completed with four more teams securing Development League spots.

Last week saw the first qualifiers of ECS Development League with PRIDE, Tengri, Bee's Money Crew and Premier Rejects securing placements. Last weekend the second qualifiers were held in both Europe and North America. Opposite to the first one, the second qualifiers finished without major surprises.

In the Eastern part of the Atlantic, Rogue and Space Soldiers prevailed. The Danish-Bulgarian team of Rogue eliminated Danish teams Tricked and Heroic to secure their spot, while Space Soldiers beat Spirit, Vega Squadron and DenDD to do so. Three players from two qualified teams starred in their campaign. Jesper "TENZKI" Plougmann's contribution was crucial for Rogue. On the other hand, the new star duo of the Turks, ?smailcan "Xantares" Dörtkarde? and Bu?ra "Calyx" Ark?n impressed.

In North America, Splyce and Denial bested Mythic and eUnited respectively in the final matches of the North American qualifier. Therefore, Splyce won back their fans' hearts after the first qualifier upset where they were knocked out by Bee's Money Crew. The qualification meant their first accomplishment for Denial with their new signing, Max "maxie" Lönnström.

With both qualifiers over, the qualified teams for ECS Season 3 Development League are:

These teams will be joined up with the invited sides and hunt the top two places in the league. At the end of the Development League season, top two teams from each region of the Development League will play promotion matches against relegated teams from ECS Season 2.
