In an official statement, Rogue stated that they have benched Nicolai "glace" Jensen and will listen to offers.

According to the announcement, the decision was made after internal discussions. The Las Vegas-based organisation stated the change "would be the best for the continued development of the roster". Nicolai "glace" Jensen played an important role in the Danish-Bulgarian team's rise to the upper levels of European CS:GO last year. They also managed to start 2017 well by lifting the trophy at Mountain Dew League, also known as ESEA Global Challenge.

As of today, Nicolai “glace” Jensen will no longer be in the active CS:GO lineup. After internal discussions, it was decided that this change would be the best for the continued development of the roster. Nicolai’s impact on the team was integral throughout his tenure starting back in the fall of 2016 and most notable in the team’s ESEA Mountain Dew League victory in Burbank, CA at the beginning of this year.

Jensen will remain contracted to Rogue as a backup player, but the organisation is willing to hear out offers. Team manager Hampus Johansson will be in talks with interested parties and he can be reached at [email protected].

With Jensen out of the starting roster, Rogue have four active players:

Denmark Jesper "TENZKI" Plougmann
Denmark Casper "cadiaN" Møller
Bulgaria Viktor "v1c7oR" Dyankov
Bulgaria Kamen "bubble" Kostadinov
