Seven teams have received direct invites to the European and North American closed qualifiers of Intel Extreme Masters: Katowice 2017.
ESL have announced seven teams that have received direct invites to the European and North American closed qualifiers for the Intel Extreme Masters World Championship: Katowice 2017. The European qualifiers will see a total of three qualifiers: two open and one closed. The closed qualifier will host directly invited teams seen below, along with six qualified teams from two open qualifiers. The eleven teams will battle it out in the closed qualifier for three spots at the LAN finals in Katowice.
As for the North American qualifiers, we will see but one open and one closed qualifier. Immortals and Team Liquid will be joined by two teams to emerge victorious from the open qualifier. Finally, the four teams will battle it out to secure a single slot at the LAN finals in Katowice.
