"desi" to stand in for "tarik" at Northern Arena

Tarik "tarik" Celik has announced that he will not be able to attend the Northern Arena LAN due to family circumstances.

OpTic Gaming have announced that the team will be participating at the Northern Arena LAN Finals with Derek "desi" Branchen substituting Tarik "tarik" Celik as he will be at his brother's engagement dinner at the time of the tournament. Celik recently joined the team after his short hiatus from CS:GO where he was aiming to focus on his streaming career. Prior to his time at OpTic the Turkish-American star represented CLG's colours.

As a reminder, Northern Arena is a $100,000 tournament held in Toronto, Canada on September 1st-4th, where a total of sixteen teams will challenge one another in a bid to secure a slice of the pie. Fourteen of said teams were directly invited, whilst two qualified via the Call of the North online qualifier.
