The Danes will seek to reverse their current form after disappointing exits from ELEAGUE Season 1, ESL One Cologne 2016, and the ECS Season 1 Finals.
IEM Oakland will take place at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California on the weekend of November 19th and will feature twelve teams, 9 of which have yet to be announced. Additionally, IEM Oakland will use the following format, which is identical to IEM Katowice:
