ESL seeks to please Brazilian eSports community with Brazilian Tournament.?
It seems ESL wants to better its ties with the Brazilian eSports community. As announced in an interview with Managing Director Spike Laurie on the Brazilian news website, Omelete, ESL plans to host a CS:GO tournament in São Paulo in October which will feature top teams from all over the world.
In the interview, Laurie said that "The Premier League audience numbers have been extremely positive and the competition standards for the teams were also excellent" and that hosting a tournament in Brazil will "continue [ESL's] support and commitment with the eSports community in Brazil". The tournament will most likely host teams like g3x, CNB and INTZ but it is unknown whether Luminosity will take part given their assimilation into German SK Gaming.
