Gameplay, Settings and Rules:
All of which appear standard to every offline tournament, with certain rules open to a little grey area, such as:

  • "Players may not use objects to cover a bomb in such a way that it cannot be defused."
  • "Clipping is not permitted. A player will be considered to be clipping if they boost their character through a solid object or manipulate their character in order to see over, under, and/or through a solid object."

In tournaments past it has been a tactic of Ukraine Na'Vi to utilize newly discovered boosts with which they had to check with the officials first to insure their legality.

  • "Only game-related chat is allowed during live gameplay."

I'm not certain what the harm would be from this rule, or if it would even be enforced.

General Rules:

  • "All player and coach apparel must be approved by ELEAGUE. ELEAGUE reserves the right to require the removal of unapproved apparel as well as the right to disqualify a player/team for wearing unapproved apparel."
  • "If a match has not been completed, players may ask their referee for permission to leave their respective station. Referees may set a time limit by the end of which the player must return to their station or they may deny the player’s request. Teams may forfeit a game(s), or be forced to play a game(s) shorthanded, if a player(s) hasn’t returned by the end of the referee’s set time limit. Teams may forfeit a game(s), or be forced to play a game(s) shorthanded, if a player(s) leaves their station without their referee’s permission, or is otherwise unable to play."
  • "All players must be 17 years of age or older."
  • "Language used in team communication will be governed by the ELEAGUE Conduct Rules."
  • "The ELEAGUE Commissioner has the final ruling on all ELEAGUE tournament matters."
  • "Teams will be allowed to use a sub to replace another player twice per season, but replacements must be declared before plane tickets are issued."
  • "Teams are required to be available for photo and video shooting on the Monday preceding their match days. Exact details of the photo and video shooting schedule will be delivered to teams prior to their arrival."
  • "Each team and player will be required to use their official FaceIT account (or create one prior to the commencement of tournament play)."

Conduct:
The code of conduct appears to be standard as well, no messing with the equipment mid-match, no engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior. That includes taunting, physical behavior, throwing, teasing etc. Players must play to the best of their ability at all times - no throwing. Penalties result in fouls or technical fouls which, if continue, will result in pentalies ranging in severity.

  • "If a player or coach receives a technical foul, the opposing team will be allowed to switch the side choice for 1 upcoming
game in the match. If necessary, these penalties will be carried over from one match to the next."
  • "Violations of any of the additional rules may result in a forfeit of the current match and/or all future matches in the tournament (disqualified). The Team may also be forced to continue the current match shorthanded."
  • "Tournament officials may issue a foul, technical foul, or disqualify a player/team for acts of misconduct not listed in the conduct rules to preserve fair play and sportsmanship in the Commissioner’s sole discretion."
