Empire and Fluffy Gangsters have managed to secure the two spots that were open to the winners of the CIS Minor.
Both have had quite an interesting run at the CIS Minor Championship. Empire have beaten ex-Team YP and managed to beat Fluffy Gangsters in the upper bracket. FG had to fight back from the lower bracket to get into the finals, this time besting Empire in a convincing 2-0 fashion. Nonetheless both are directly advancing to the offline Qualifier for ESL One Cologne 2016, the only difference being the prize discrepancy between FG's $30,000 and Empire's $15,000.
