DreamHack reveal additional information on their Zowie Open circuit

DreamHack have released additional information regarding their Zowie Open Circuit tournaments.

DreamHack, a prominent eSports broadcasting and production company, have released additional information on their Zowie Open circuit. An aggregate $500,000 will be on the line for CS:GO throughout this year, spread between five events. Following are the events that will include CS:GO, as well as other titles:
Germany DreamHack Leipzig - January 22-24th, Leipzig Trade Fair, Leipzig, Germany
United States DreamHack Austin - May 6-8th, Austin Convention Center, Austin, USA
Sweden DreamHack Summer - June 18-21st, Elmia Convention Center, Jönköping, Sweden
To Be Announced - Dates and location to be announced in near future!
Sweden DreamHack Winter - November 24-27th, Elmia Convention Center, Jönköping, Sweden

The format for all of the events will be the same: eight teams, six of which are directly invited and two through an online qualification, will be split into groups A and B, each consisting of four teams. They will compete against each other in a Bo1/Bo3 double-elimination group stage, with the top two moving into the playoffs stage. Playoffs are Bo3 single-elimination.

The prize pool for each event will be $100,000 and will be broken down as follows:
1st place - $50,000
2nd place - $20,000
3rd/4th place - $10,000
5th/6th place - $3,000
7th/8th place - $2,000
