IEM Katowice to feature $250,000 CS:GO tournament

ESL's Vice President has just announced that IEM Katowice will feature a $250,000 CS:GO tournament.

ESL's Vice President, Michal Blicharz, has just announced via his twitter that the final stop of IEM season ten circuit in Katowice will feature a $250,000 CS:GO tournament. However, this is not the final sum, as the community will be able to make it bigger through the community funding.

This hypes the rumours even more that the next major will be hosted during DreamHack Stockholm next year, as DreamHack has revealed not so long ago. However, with such a big prize pool and with the help of the community it's most likely to see Katowice tournament being organized for the first time without Valve's support.
