Follow loses CS team

FolloweSports revealed today that they will drop their team after their roster began looking for a new sponsor.

FolloweSports' CS:GO roster will be leaving the organization, according to a statement put out by Follow today. The lineup, who had formerly played together under SapphireKelowna.com and had signed for FolloweSports just month ago, had attempted to to strike a deal with a new organization that was willing to offer higher pay, unbeknownst to Follow.

However, the organization does not plan to immediatly release the ex-SKDC squad. In a statement to theScore.com,  co-founder Marty Strenczewilk said this:

We have no intentions of leaving the team without a home. We of course will always look at any opportunity that comes our way, however it isn't our intention to just release the team. We're working to ensure the players aren't left in a position where they don't have an organization and a salary, when it's something they need to be able to count on as professional players.

FolloweSports have the following lineup:

Canada Kyle "ocean" O'Brien
Canada Ellis "els" Clay
United States Owen "wabbit" Farrelly
Canada Cory "APE" Bate
Canada Warren "hades" Rettich
