ESL Pro League Season 2 starts today

The second edition of ESL ESEA Pro League is kicking off today and will be featuring an gigantic pool of EU and NA teams.

A one million dollar prize pool has been split to provide the competitors of both seasons with rewards and the $500.000 will again be divided between the offline and the online matches.

The finals will again be held in a studio, although taking place in Los Angeles and not in Cologne this time. 24 teams will compete again, equally divided into European and North American teams:

The Pro League will span over a long time, so be sure to check out the times at which matches will be held. From now until November, matches are being held as follows:

  • Week 1 (September 15-17) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 2 (Sep. 22) - Tuesday
  • Week 3 (Sep. 29 - October 1) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 4 (Oct. 6-8) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 5 (Oct. 13-15) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 5 (Oct. 17-18) - Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 6 (Oct. 19-22) - Monday to Thursday
  • Week 6 (Oct. 24-25) - Saturday & Sunday
  • Week 7 (November 3-5) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 8 (Nov. 10-11) - Tuesday to Thursday
  • Week 9 (Nov. 17) - Tuesday
