Team SoloMid have secured a place at the PGL Season 1 LAN finals after winning the last chance qualifier.

The Danish superstar team defeated Team Kinguin at the PGL S1 last chance qualifier tournament today in order to secure a seat at the offline finals. The final match, a B03 series on de_train, de_dust2, and de_mirage, was one of the closely contested finals in recent memory.
The first map, de_train, went to Kinguin in dominating fashion: the first half was relatively close, going 8:7 in their favor, but things spiraled out of control for their opponents in the second half as TSM couldn't win a single round, allowing Kinguin to close 16:7. The other two maps were extremely close, with de_dust2 going to overtime 21:15 to TSM, and de_mirage going to OT as well, 21:18 to TSM, for a 2:1 series win.
