Polish Championship announced

ESL has announced the eleventh season of ESL Pro Series Poland with a new name, the Polish Championship will have $5,300 up for grabs.

ESL has announced the eleventh season of the Polish event which was known as ESL Pro Series Poland. However, they have decided to change the name, to Polish Championship, and it will also have a new format. The previous seasons saw a classical roundrobin group where the top teams were advancing to the playoffs.

The new format will see eight teams being distributed into the two GSL groups. The top two teams of each group will then move on to the LAN finals. The teams will have a chance to earn their spot at this tournament throughout the six qualifiers, while the two teams will get a direct invite. Ex-Gamers2 team, now known as Dobry&Gaming and Team eBettle have been selected to receive the spots in the Polish Championship.

ESL has yet to announce more details on the dates and venue for the LAN finals. Stay tuned to GosuGamers and we will keep you updated with more information on CS:GO events.
