ESL has revealed how the prize distribution for season one of the ESL ESEA Pro League season will work.

ESL, working with ESEA, will be giving away a whopping $1,000,000 over the year of 2015 and two Pro League seasons, which features the best North American and European teams in the world. The first season, with a prize pool of $500,000, will have its finals take place in ESL's arena in Cologne, Germany from July 2-5. The eight teams invited will include the top four from North America and Europe.
All twenty-four teams are guarenteed a minimum of $2,500, however the distribution for the online teams will be the following:

10. $5,500
11. $4,000
12. $2,500
The eight teams attending the offline finals are, as well as being given full travel support from ESL and ESEA, are guarenteed a minimum of $7,500.
