All Masters tournaments in 2015 will have their total prize money boosted to an impressive $50,000, Gfinity has announced on Twitter.
Gfinity has confirmed that the prize pools for all of their previously-announced 2015 Masters tournaments will receive a dramatic boost from the earlier $20,000 pool to $50,00 for each of the four tournaments: CS:GO Spring Masters 1 and 2, as well as CS:GO Summer Masters 1 and 2, all which will be played in a GSL format.
In addition, the organization announced that Scott "SirScoots" Smith will be hosting all of their Masters events, who in the past has headed such events as Dreamhack and ESL. The first event, CS:GO Spring Masters 1, is set to kick off March 22nd.
Prize Distributions:
1st Place: $25,000 USD
2nd Place: $17,000 USD
3rd Place: $7,000 USD
4th Place: $3,000 USD
