Registrations for GameShow League qualifier are open

GameShow has announced the second edition of their CS:GO League which will feature a sixteen teams, where the four of them will come from the qualifiers.

The organizers have prepared more excitment for the second season, as they have decided to increase the number of teams from ten to sixteen. Those teams will be placed into four groups, where they will have to fight through the round robin that features a home/away system. All the teams will play best-of-one matches and only the top two teams of each group will qualify for the playoffs.

The playoffs will see a double elimination bracket of eight teams, where the matches will be played in a best-of-three format, with the grand finals having an exception. The Grand Final match will feature a best-of-five series with a 1 map advantage for the team coming from the upper bracket.

The sixteen participants will be decided through the invite and qualification process. The twelve teams will receive a direct invite, while the last four will have to battle out through the qualifiers for the remaining slots. The two slots will be filled in from the European qualifier and the other two from the CIS qualifier.

Registrations for European qualifier are open, you can check this link for the more information on them. The European qualifier will be played on February 7th-8th and the top two teams will qualify for the main league.
