FACEIT to give out $250,000 for CS:GO in 2015

FACEIT is set to give out a total of $250,000 in the upcoming 2015 year for Counter-Stike: Global Offensive alone.

The news comes from a report by Richard Lewis at The Daily Dot that claims that "sources close to the organization revealed" the information. 

If true, the upcoming season will have a staggering $138,000 (over 109%) increased prize pool from last year's season, which featured only $120,000.

The moeny is set to be split throughout the entire year, and will feature a total of three LAN finals. 

The league will have three live finals at various points of the season. It will also feature demotions and promotions through play-offs, so there will be a rotation of new teams coming in at various points” -A source told The Daily Dot
