Na'Vi has secured the last spot in the semi-finals at the $250,000 event after a 2-0 victory over Dignitas.
Na'Vi started the first map of de_cobblestone by winning the preliminary pistol round as well as the three subsequent anti-eco rounds, but was stopped on the fifth round, making the score 4-1. However, Na'Vi took the next round five rounds from Dignitas, before device clutched the eleventh round, 9-2. Na'Vi then proceeded to take three more rounds in a row before Dignitas took one, ending the first half 12-3. Na'Vi took the second pistol round, and almost lost to a force buy by Dignitas but still secured the three remaining rounds, winning the first map in a dominating 16-3.
Na'Vi will now advance to the semi-finals of DreamHack Winter 2014
The second map of the match was Na'Vi's pick, de_mirage. The Danish team started the map off by winning the first pistol round as well as an amazing ten subsequent rounds on their CT side. Na'Vi finally put a stop to Dignitas' steamroll on the twelfth round, eventually taking three rounds compared to Dignitas' one ending the first half 12-3. The second half saw Na'Vi winning the pistol round as well as six more rounds, making the score 12-10. Dignitas finally took one round of their own, only to lose six more, losing the map and match 16-13.
