ESEA has announced that they will feature a $78,000 prize pool between their North American and European divisions. The prize pool will be split between the various divisions of the league.
Season 17 of the ESEA League is already in it's sixth week, but the league organizers have just announced the prize pool distribution for the various teams. This is just after announcing that the Season 17 lan finals will be held at the Hilton DoubleTree hotel in Dallas, Texas, where the top global teams in ESEA Invite will battle for another prize pool. The prize pools for the lan finals have not been confirmed yet, but expect it to be more than last season's $90,000 prize pool.
The prize distrubution for this season's global invite teams will be a large $47,500 from the $78,000 in the total league prize pool. The money will be distributed in the following rankings:
1. - $20,000
2. - $6,000
3. - $4,000
4. - $4,000
5-6. - $3,500
5-6. - $3,500
7-8. - $3,000
7-8. - $3,000
The rest of the prize pool will be distributed across the other ESEA League divisions from North America to Europe.
