Counter-Strike: Global Offensive welcomes another weekly tournament, the CS:GO Legends Series. The first match is set to begin on September 1st, in whic ESL One Cologne champions, Ninjas in Pyjamas, will clash with EMS One Katowice champions, Virtus.pro.
E-frag just announced a new weekly tournament which will feature the best teams in best-of-five matches for $1,000. The event will be played each Monday, starting September 1st when ESL One Cologne champions, Ninjas in Pyjamas, will clash with EMS One Katowice champions, Virtus.pro. The winner will stay for the next week.
CS:GO Legends Series will use the same map pool which was used at ESL One Cologne, which consists of de_cobblestone, de_overpass and de_cache. Duncan "Thorin" Shields will be providing analyses for each match, while the games will be streamed on Hitbox.
