Once again BWCL and GIGA offer you some entertainment for two hours on this upcoming Friday unless otherwise things are planned for you. A showmatch between
oGaming (oG)) and 
Above the Frontiers of Mind (-AFM-). Both teams are very skilled and belong to the upper class when it comes up to non-Korean teams. oGaming recently beat 
CDS) with 3-2 
in a showmatch, -AFM- on the other hand has players like 
OctZerg-AFM-, 
sataNik-AFM- and 
Strelok-AFM- in their roster, one of the best players in their country. -AFM- is also one of the teams invited to GosuGamers very own FragBet League along with other top teams like ToT and mYm. -AFM-, with around 50 members, is one of the biggest teams around, and is currently under the leadership of Bartar-AFM- (picture).The modus of the showmatch will include 3x 1on1, 1x 2on2, 1x 3on3 games, the date of the showmatch is Friday, 4th of August, 20:00h - 22:00h CET. People living in Germany have the possibility to watch the showmatch live on their television when watching GIGA on satelite Astra. For all the people not living in Germany GIGA offers a video-stream, a link to the stream can be found below. Furthermore Broodwar.de got the chance to talk with the leader of each of the teams to ask them about their thoughts and feelings on the showmatch.
 oG)Freezer :"I think it will be a tough clan war as -AFM- have recently recruited some new players, adding to their 50 man roster. They have maybe four stand out players that are at the top of the world scene. But after that I do not think they have much depth. Given that the clanwar match only has 3x1v1, I feel AFM has a good advantage for this. But hopfully oGaming can emulate it's success on GIGA Live and win once again." |
