All the main bases have gas on top for good reason, it makes the map balanced. All the mains also have full flow of gas with 3 SCV

The naturals of the map however aren't full flow with 3 SCV, the right natural unfortunately, needs 4 SCV no matter what, because the gas is on bottom, but the 3 other naturals can be tweaked by supply as shown to get full flow with 3 SCV.





Bases in the corners all require 4 SCV for full gas flow.
